Last Tuesday, at the annual Star Awards Gala, Broken Arrow Public Schools proudly announced Kyle Cole from Rhoades Elementary, as the 2024 District Teacher of the Year. The district introduced 32 Site Teachers of the Year, among whom five were named as finalists, and Mr. Cole was honored as the District Teacher of the Year – a well-deserved recognition for his exceptional contributions to the classroom and the community. As the District Teacher of the Year, Mr. Cole received a monetary gift from the Broken Arrow Public Schools Foundation, a paid vacation from Celia DeLeon Insurance and Travel Agency, and the honor of driving a district-owned courtesy car.
