College football’s early signing period began Wednesday and Broken Arrow Football’s Maurion Horn and Robert Spears-Jennings signed their National Letters of Intent at a ceremony held at The Broken Arrow Varsity Training Center. Horn and Spears-Jennings committed to Texas Tech and OU respectively last summer and stuck with their choices despite recent head coaching changes at both schools.
